REGISTRATION AND BOOKING:
All confirmations for circuit bookings with Madagascar Insolite Authentic Travel must be made via email. Certain required information will be requested at the time of booking confirmation to ensure the smooth organization of your trip (full names of participants, dates of birth, flight details, etc.). An invoice will be sent to you once the booking is confirmed. The registration will only be considered final upon receipt of the requested deposit.
PAYMENT:
To validate your registration, a 30% deposit of the total service price is required if the reservation is made more than 30 days before departure. The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before the departure date. We do not guarantee your participation in a circuit unless the full amount is paid. Payment must be made by bank transfer, with all transfer fees at your expense, to the account specified below. Once the transfer has been made, please send us a copy of the transfer order and the SWIFT confirmation via email.
PRICES:
The price stated in the program we send you is in Euros. For your information, we specify in the pricing section what is included and what is not.
In general, flights, drinks, and tips are not included unless otherwise stated in writing by us or requested by you. Children under 12 often benefit from discounts on certain services, and children under 3 years old receive all services free of charge.

CANCELLATION:
You will be charged in case of cancellation:
- More than 30 days before departure: 25% of the total trip price
- Less than 20 days before departure: 50% of the total trip price
- Less than 10 days before departure: 75% of the total trip price
- Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of the total trip price
Riziky Travel reserves the right to cancel a circuit before departure if:
- The remaining balance has not been paid in due time
- Local circumstances require it (flight, weather, etc.)

This insurance does not cover medical evacuations. For assistance, cancellation, or comprehensive travel insurance, we recommend contacting your usual insurer before departure and sending us a copy before your arrival in Madagascar.
